The CBS’ Undercover Boss, episode 13, season 2 broadcasted on Sunday night. The TV show featured Ronald Croatti, the CEO of UniFirst. Croatti, whose hobby is collecting train toy, masquerades as Mike Daniels to check out his company. UniFirst is known as a company that provides and cleans uniforms for companies like Walmart. He puts on a mustache and big wig to fool the employees.

In this episode 13, season 2 of Undercover Boss, it was seen that Ronald Croatti has a lot of trouble with manual labor. However, the good man was very touched by all of his employees’ efforts.

In the meantime, In Owensboro, Kentucky, the CEO has a work with Dee Dee of the Sew/Seal Department. The employees’ incentives depend on their productivity. This time, Croatti absolutely has no idea how to sew the name patches on the shirts. Dee Dee called him “suck”. She wants to be a clinical therapist, but is worried about the inflexible six tardies policy per year that are tolerated before one is let go. Family obligations can sometimes cause her to punch in late.
