Faberge Spider Brooch Lie – A number of reports in the past few days have talked about the Faberge, an iconic jewelry house behind the imperial Easter egg, would be releasing a brooch that is shaped like a spider.By 7 AM this morning, the term was the third most searched term on Google, and more than 25,000 web sites had referenced the phrase.
However, it now appears that those that are interest in the accessory will have to look elsewhere, as a spokesperson for the company this morning stated that the reports are “untrue and unfounded.” More so, she pointed out that the reported jewelry does not fit into the company’s creative vision.
“The new pieces follow the framework of the three themes within the collection – Les Fleurs de Fabergé inspired by famous Fabergé flower studies,” the company said in a statement via Time.
