A former police officer teams up with misfits to fight crime after he is set up for a crime he did not commit. He becomes “The Cape,” who is the superhero of his son’s favorite comic book. The Cape is played by David Lyons. Tonight’s episode is two hours, but starting next week, it will be a one hour series, airing at 9pm. The entire series has 13 episodes.
