Why is the ocean salty? Well, most people would probably answer that the ocean is salty because it is full of salt water. Or at least I hope that’s the conclusion that the majority would draw.
If you watched Jersey Shore Season 3 last night, however, you know that Snooki (Nicole Polizzi) has another explanation. Snooki has determined that the reason for the saltiness of the ocean is because the ocean is full of whales…and male whales reproduce…and the “stuff” that makes them able to reproduce is full of salt. Do you catch my drift?
Who knew that Snooki was a marine biologist?
As a parent, I shudder to think about what they’re teaching our kids in school. Or at least, I’m a little concerned about the school that Snooki went to.
