The HGTV Dream Home Giveaway officially begins today! The official contest will give a lucky winner a luxurious dream home in Stowe, Vermont along with a 2011 GMC Acadia Denali and $500,000! Not a bad prize to start off the New Year 2011!
The HGTV.com website gives a full tour of the beautiful residence located in Stowe, Vermont including floor plans of the main level and ground level of the home. Among the rooms in the home are a gathering room, ski dorm, mudroom, laundry room and a car barn for that brand new GMC Denali!
According to the website, there's been fifteen years of dream home giveaways. The 2011 HGTV dream home will officially be given away in 48 days, based on a countdown timer on the website. Entries are allowed twice per day, with one entry at HGTV.com and one at FrontDoor.com. People can enter the contest up until February 18, 2011 at 5PM EST.
