NORAD Santa Tracker 2010: Where is Santa Claus Now?


NORAD also known North American Aerospace Defense Command is considered a bi-national U.S Canadian Military organization which is responsible for the aerospace and maritime defense of the USA and Canada. This organization has employed all its hi tech equipment to follow Father Christmas as he and his reindeer travel the globe to give his Christmas gifts.

“There are a lot of people who follow this in different ways,” said by Lt. Desmond James, a public affairs offices of NORAD. Apparently, all the staff in the organization answer almost 100,000 phone calls and even receive more than 140,000 emails during Christmas eve from families around the world who want to track where is Santa Claus now.
Meanwhile, the NORAD coordinates with Santa’s Elf launch staff just to confirm his launch time. A NORAD staff also said that Santa’s route might be affected by weather conditions so its possible that the tracker rill be unpredictable. NORAD also claim that they employ high tech radar and satellites just to track the infrared signal given off by Rudolf’s nose.
