First, preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Prepare your prime rib by cutting the bones and let your primerib be a boneless and L-shaped rib bones. After this, tie the meat back onto the bones using kitchen string.
Combine the paprika, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a small bowl and mix it with enough water to make a paste. Let your meat and bone brushed by the paste and leave it for a while.
